- Establishing Trust
- Before we get into details, we start with mutual protection. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) safeguards both sides’ information and sets the tone for open, honest collaboration.
- Sharing Ideas and Capabilities
- Once that foundation’s in place, we get to work reviewing your specifications, production capacity and target pricing. We’re not simply comparing numbers — we’re looking for alignment on expectations, quality and capability.
- Testing for Quality
- Your prototype or sample is tested for what matters most: performance, durability and precision. We look for consistency, craftsmanship and the attention to detail that defines every Takeuchi component. If it meets our standards, you’ll know why. And if it doesn’t, you’ll know that, too.
- Negotiation & Finalization
- Once quality is confirmed, we move into the details like finalizing commercial and technical terms. We aim for fair agreements that balance cost competitiveness with long-term value.
- Signing and Starting
- Once both sides agree, the contract gets signed and the real work begins. This marks the start of a partnership built on shared standards and clear expectations. No surprises. No wasted time. Just work done right from day one.
- Moving into Production
- Orders are placed based on agreed schedules, quantities, and delivery timelines. We stay in close contact throughout production to keep things moving efficiently and ensure part arrives on time and ready to perform.
- Delivery and Collaboration
- Once components are delivered, our team stays engaged. We provide feedback, resolve issues quickly and keep communication open. Because for Takeuchi, partnerships don’t end with the first shipment — it builds with every one after.
