Human Rights Due Diligence
Human rights due diligence involves identifying potential human rights risks in corporate activities, such as power harassment and forced labor, and taking appropriate measures to address them. (due = rightful, diligence = constant effort)
Formulating a human rights policy and implementing human rights due diligence, we will continuously work on establishing a grievance mechanism, primarily by referring to the following international standards and guidelines:
- UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP)
- OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct
*In 2025, we worked on establishing our human rights policy, identifying and assessing negative human rights impacts, and conducting stakeholder engagement within our group. Regarding the grievance mechanism, we have a whistleblower system in place, but currently the consultation desk is open only to our Group employees.
Identification and Assessment of Negative Impacts
Based on international standards and guidelines, we identified human rights issues and took into consideration the following risks specific to our Group to identify and assess the adverse human rights impacts of our business activities:
- Industry risks based on sector standards issued by international organizations.
- Industry risks benchmarked against other companies in the same industry.
- Risks related to the countries and regions where our group operate its bases and business activities (procurement, manufacturing, sales and use of our products)
- Risks related to products, parts, and raw materials.

Our group will address the following matters as material human rights issues:
- Prohibition of Discrimination and Respect for Diversity
- Prohibition of Harassment
