Human Capital Management

Human Capital Investment in the Fourth Medium-Term Management Plan (FY2025-FY2027)

Our primary investments are in increasing headcount and raising wages. The objectives for this headcount increase are twofold: first, to expand our workforce in line with business growth, and second, to build a human resource buffer within the workplace.

We aim to create a work environment with this ample capacity to ensure employees can secure dedicated time for skill development, such as training, allowing them to focus on professional growth.
