Education and Training
At our company, under our Action Guideline of "recognizing human resources as our greatest management resource, we will respect diverse lifestyles and personalities, actively develop and use talent, and strive to create vibrant and enjoyable workplaces, instilling the willingness to take on new challenges,” we conduct hierarchical training programs, specialized training, and departmental training for all employees, from young staff to executives.
We believe that by acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills for their respective roles, and by each employee fully demonstrating their abilities and continuously growing, it directly leads to the sustainable growth of the company.

In addition to the above, we are dedicated to fostering a corporate culture where employees proactively learn, discover, and express their ideas. This is achieved through initiatives such as subsidies for correspondence courses and English conversation classes, as well as an improvement suggestion system and an awards system.
2. Training hours per person (Takeuchi Japan, non-consolidated, full-time employees)
Improvement Suggestion System
We solicit proposals from employees for business improvements, safety and health, and enhanced production efficiency. To further invigorate our improvement suggestion system, we provide a participation award for every proposal submitted. If a proposal is recognized as outstanding, employees can receive a more substantial incentive bonus. We believe that by encouraging each employee to take ownership, listening to their voices for even the smallest suggestions, and implementing improvements, the workplace environment will improve, and the quality of our products will also enhance.
