Human Capital Policy
Our Group strongly promotes initiatives to enhance employee well-being, guided by the fundamental principles that “human resources are the source of corporate strength” and that “distributing resources to employees is not a cost but an investment in the future.”
Through initiatives such as sharing our Group's vision, providing learning opportunities, practicing health management, improving work-life balance, and promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), we aim to create a workplace where employees can thrive. These measures will enhance employee motivation, attract top talent, and ultimately strengthen our competitive edge as a company.
- Staff Expansion: We will advance staff expansion along two axes: “expansion for business growth” and “expansion to build human capacity reserves.” We believe that only when we have sufficient human capacity reserves can employees participate in training programs or take parental leave.
- Wage Increase: We will reward employees based on their performance and strive to foster a corporate culture where every employee works with purpose and motivation, driven by clear goals and enthusiasm.
- Education and Development: We conduct tiered training, specialized training, and departmental training for all employees, from new hires to executives.
- Work-Life Balance: We will strive to improve work-life balance through measures such as countering excessive overtime, promoting planned annual leave systems, and encouraging the use of childcare and nursing care leave.
- Health Management: We support the enhancement of employees' physical and mental well-being to invigorate the entire organization and improve productivity.
